Good to know
Do I need my own domain?
For the free trial, no: you send from your own email address. With a plan, you send from your domain (like news@yourshop.com). We show you the three records to add at your domain provider, step by step.
Can I bring my list from Mailchimp or elsewhere?
Yes. Export it as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) and upload it, or paste the addresses. Only add people who agreed to hear from you; we’ll ask you to confirm that.
Why at most 9,999 contacts?
It keeps the tool simple and keeps everyone’s emails out of spam folders. Small, real audiences are exactly who JustNewsletter is for.
What’s the warmup?
Your first sends are spread over six days so mailbox providers like Gmail get to know you. It happens once and needs nothing from you. You can watch it on its own page.
Can people sign up themselves?
Yes. You get a signup page to share and a form to put on your website. New subscribers confirm by email before they join your list.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your plan page. No contract, no minimum term.
